I bought this bike so that I could ride at the Hellyer Velodrome when I was working in the South Bay and living in San Jose (...boy do I still regret giving away my 1986 Schwinn Madison back in 1995...). I did not want to spend a lot of money so I did a little research and realized that this BikesDirect.com bike was essentially a bargain Fuji Track with cheesy decals. After about a year of riding it on the track and around on the road, I gave the bike a new paint job (orange in honor of the original Windsor AKA Eddy Merckx's Colnago!) – and then replaced all the parts with some nice NJS and classic components. I have actually raced this bike with some success...
